hallu.. As of today, i am already a 1-week old mama to baby Ryan..



Had a wonderful Mom's day.. y? cos i bonded with my son!! haha.. i finally BF him.. not that i didnt try.. but i was kinda..erm how should i put it.. ntah eh.. lets juz put it that NOW, i am becoming more motherly..hahahahaha!!



i juz cant believe of this beautiful fact that i AM already a mother.. cos i still feel like a daughter to my mama.. ala susah la nak explain!! wuz i too pampered for comfort?? hmm.. something to ponder..



well.. finally tt day, when Ryan was crying for milk.. Nurse asked if i want to BF.. When usually i will say, erm..no not ready... tt day i said, "YES!" so there i brought him to the corner.. n walla!! he was at it in no time & it was no hassle at all!! he co-operated with his mama la...good boy!!



it was a beautiful moment, with hub ard too.. looking on his son bonding wit me, the mama..haha! well, i guess i had put the idea off cos, when i was in the ward, the patient beside me, in front of me, all had problems latching their kids on.. haiz, so i tot would be the same for me..but it proved otherwise! i should have tried earlier...



and even better news, a day after BF-ing him, his jaundice went down reali low.. from 223 to 174.. and now, he is transferred to the normal nursery..wee!!



but still have to be there for a day or two due to his G6PD... erm, cos he developed jaundice within 24hours of birth..tts y.. n he is allergy to mothballs & fava beans.. haiz.. but otherwise, he is doing juz fine!!
